How do you update an athletes tags?

First, go to the roster page. At the top of the roster page, search for the athletes whose tags you want to adjust.

On the athlete page, click bio.

On this page, in the tags area, you can add and remove tags - to add tags just type one in, and to remove them, click the X next to the tag you want to remove. After you do this, hit update athlete on the side and it will change their tags!
