How do I get started?

Think of Strength Coach Pro like a completely versatile program building and management tool - first you have to build out your databases, then add your roster, then begin building programs.

There are 4 databases which we recommend starting with: Exercises Sets & Reps Surveys Metrics

Once you begin adding and filling these out, you can begin building programs for your clients using the Program Builder.
