How do tags for athletes work?
Tags for athletes is a very simple way to categorize your athletes. You can think of tags as a way to put athletes into a specific roster, but by having multiple tags you can make unlimited amounts of rosters based on the desired tags.
For example, you can add all athletes to a football tag, then you can add your sophomores to a sophomore tag, and your linebackers to a linebacker tag. This way, you can filter athletes by the sport, age, position, or any combination of those tags.
For example, if you filtered athletes by the football and linebacker tags, you would see all football linebackers regardless of year. If you add a sophomore tag, you would only see the sophomore football linebackers. It is a way to precisely view your clients, assign them programs, send them messages, or pull them up on Weight room view.
To modify your athletes tags, you will have to go to each athletes profile, hit the bio tab, and edit the tags from there. We will be working on a tool to allow you to bulk edit tags.
