How do you build a program?
To begin building a program, first we recommend having your databases built out. This will help immensely in saving time when building a program because all your information will already be entered.
When you are comfortable with your databases, go to the Program Builder.
The first thing you will want to do is name the program, and check the number of days and weeks you want the program to be using the tickers at the top. Note: when choosing the number of weeks, you can change the set and rep schemes for every individual week, but you cannot change the exercise. For example - if you choose day 1 block 1 exercise as front squat, it will stay front squat for all the weeks of the program. It cannot be front squat for week 1 and Back squat for week 2.
Next, begin dragging the blocks from the right to build the program the way you wish from the top down for each day.
