How do you set up Survey Notifications?

To set up a notification, first go to the Surveys page, and create a new survey.

Then, we will create or edit a new question. To make a new question, just hit the green "new question" button at the bottom. This screen will pop up:

There are three types of questions: yes or no, scale, and open ended. You can make survey notifications from the yes or no and scale options.

To make a notification based on a THRESHOLD of a scale question, click the scale button, then click edit notifications.

You can set the threshold to be equal to, less then, great than, less than or equal to, or greater than or equal to, and then input a number in the box.

If you set the threshold to be greater than or equal to 5, anytime an athlete answers that question with a 5 or above, you will get a notification in the notification tab.

For yes or no question, you can set the threshold answer to send a notification to either response.

If you set the threshold to YES, anytime an athlete says yes, you will get notified. For example, you could ask "Are you sore?", and if the athlete says YES, you will get notified.
