How does the reporting function work?

Our reporting function allows you to view individual and team test results, but you have to do some adjustments to get the exact report you want.

First, you need to make sure your athletes are tagged appropriately. Without tags, any team reports will not be accurate as you won't be able to compare athletes to each other accurately. To view more about tags, click here.

To get started with reports, click the reports tab. From here, at the top you will see options for indvidual, team, and top list reports. Within individual and team reports, you have an option for detailed or overview reports. Individual reports show you a single athletes results, whereas team allows you to view the summated averages of an entire team based on tags. Detailed gives more data on specific tests, and overview gives a gross overview of all the tests that team has performed.

To get accurate data, you want to select a start date, end date, and enter the tags to compare the athlete to.

When you enter the tags, it will adjust the team averages and athlete percentile within that team based on those tags - so if you want to see how a football player stacks up against the entire football team, you would just enter the football tag, but to see how he stacks up against football AND 2025 graduating class (assuming you tagged your athletes this way), you could enter football AND 2025 tags - this will show you how that ahtlete compares to only football players from his year.
